From Overwhelm to Serentity  is a 5-workshop programme combining sophrology and Human Design

to lastingly transform your relationship with stress, energy and yourself.

  • If you feel like you have too much on your plate all the time, having to go-go-go at a pace that does not work for you anymore (or maybe it never has!). Stress, fatigue, overwhelm are there everyday. It all just feels too much.

  • If you are finding it hard to focus, you are not sleeping so well and many things feel a bit more complicated or too much of a burden.

  • if there is too much uncertainty, agitation and anxiety around. You do not feel like this is right for you anymore, you want to be in the driver's seat of your life again, have space to think and make decisions, enjoying a clear mind in a relaxed body.

This programme will help you:

  • Reclaim your energy — understand how you truly function, and stop exhausting yourself trying to keep up with everyone else.

  • Soothe what keeps resisting — chronic stress, tension, and fatigue — by lastingly rebalancing your nervous system.

  • Build simple, lasting habits — concrete sophrology and Human Design tools, tailored to your nature, that you can start using the very next day.

5 workshops in our programme

  1. Body : Coming back to yourself - Learn to listen to your body's signals before they become warning signs. Identify your limits, honour them — and discover how your Human Design shapes your physical relationship with energy.

  2. Serenity :Soothing your nervous system - Practical sophrology tools to better regulate stress and anxiety in daily life. Understand why certain situations drain you more than others — and how to respond to them differently.

  3. Space: Finding your rhythm - Making room — in your schedule, in your mind, in your life. Learn to truly recover, and to use your energy according to your deeper nature rather than against it

  4. Intuition: Deciding with confidence - Reconnect with your inner intelligence. Understand how your Human Design authority works — and start trusting your inner signals to make decisions that feel right and truly aligned.

  5. Alignment: Returning to your centre Integrating everything you've discovered. Settling, rebuilding confidence, and moving forward with a clear sense of who you are and how you want to live and work from now on.

*Sophrology: an amazing mind-body technique that is both super simple and fantastically efficient. It allows us to develop an alert mind in a relaxed body. It is a structured method where we use a mixture of simple movements, breathwork, meditation, contemplation and mindful exercises.

*Human Design: a powerful self-discovery method that maps your best way to function using elements from astrology, Kabbalah, I-ching and the chakra system.

Hi, I am Florence - Existential coach, sophrologist, burnout specialist - and author.

For nearly 20 years, I have been supporting those who need to find themselves again after a burnout, an illness, a life crisis, or simply a long period of having lost themselves along the way.

My starting point? A burnout at 23. It was that experience that led me to sophrology — and changed everything. I learned to listen to my body, to make peace with anxiety and exhaustion, to make decisions that truly felt like me. To simply live — and thrive — again.

Since then, I have woven Human Design into my work — because understanding how we are wired to function profoundly shifts the way we relate to ourselves. It's no longer a question of willpower or effort. It's a question of nature.
